Max Ingrand chandelier Model 2128 for Fontana Arte, Italy 1964

A rare magnificent chandelier designed by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte, Italy, 1964. Fontana Arte model number 2128. This stunning chandelier is composed of two rectangular and eight square translucent green (verde nilo) crystal glass panels and three satin opaline glass diffusers, mounted to a rectangular brass fixture. The green crystal glass panels provide a magnificent repetitive reflection of the opaline glass diffusers. This makes it seem the lamp has plural floating diffusers which spread the light even more beautifully. Highly inventive design with plural amount of layers. This chandelier is an example of quality in all its ways. The fixture is suspended from two brass rods and matching canopy. The combination of the white diffusers and the beautiful reflections of the light is absolutely stunning. The condition of the chandelier is very good, with minor wear consistent with age.
