Wim Den Boon set of lounge chairs, The Netherlands 1960

Unique set of lounge chairs designed by Dutch architect Wim Den Boon, the Netherlands, 1960. Like most of Wim Den Boon’s work, these monumental lounge chairs are unique pieces, designed in commission of his client. The set was designed in 1960 for an office of a client in the Dutch residential city of The Hague. We have a copy of the original drawing which is documented in Den Boon’s archive as number M1-58. The design is registered and documented in the Dutch National Architecture Institute (NAi).
