1.General:

Without prejudice to the applicability of any special conditions that prevail at present general conditions, all sales, supplies and services are covered under the following general conditions of sale. These general conditions prevail over those of the buyers. The payment of goods includes the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

2.Prices:

All prices are quoted in euro’s € on the website. Prices on the website do not include VAT or import duties.

3.Payment:

Payments, prior to the delivery of the item can be done by:

Payment in cash in the gallery.

Bank wire transfer

Paypal; all orders paid by credit card through Paypal are raised with 3% cost over the total order, including shipping cost.

4. Acceptance

Items are considered as sold as soon as we have received payment. The buyer agrees to collect the goods within four weeks or to accept the agreed terms of delivery/pick up. A storage fee of €25 /week will be applied if the item is not collected within the pick-up term of 4 weeks following on the date on which we received payment.

Items not collected within these terms will become available for sale after one year.

In order to inspect the condition of the item, it will be available for your review in our gallery. Upon request we can provide additional photos.

The buyer has the right to refrain from online purchased items after informing us within 3 days upon receipt of the item. Goods returned are transported at the cost and risk of the buyer.

Purchase of items in the gallery implies the approval of the state of the goods, returns will not be accepted.

5.Delivery

Items are dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of payment or within the agreed terms of delivery.

All goods are professionally packed with protective materials. If requested or required, we pack up in wooden crates.

The delivery deadlines are specified. Visavu Design cannot be held liable for any potential delivery problems that may arise by external carriers. Complaints regarding delivery must be made within 3 days by e-mail.

7.Insurance:

All goods shipped by us, are 100% insured.

8.Claims:

Although every effort will be made in order to secure safe arrival of goods at destination, it may happen that goods are missing or damaged upon delivery. It is important to check the goods at delivery. We advise to sign the receipt for delivery after you checked the item.

In case of damage or defect, please send your complaint by e-mail including

• a) Description of defective part
• b) Copy of your invoice, showing purchase of the article.

On receipt of your complaint, we shall do the necessary procedure and will inform you accordingly. Claims for missing or short delivered items must be accompanied by a statement from the local freight forwarder or carrier.

Lamps and other electric products will be checked and repaired before they are offered on the website. Nevertheless, we recommend you to consult a licensed electrician before using. Visavu Design can not be held liable for damages resulting from the use of these products.

9.Guarantee:

Guarantee certificate is your invoice.

10.The conditions of sale are subject to Dutch Law. All disputes concern jurisdiction of the District Court of Breda, the Netherlands.
