Charlotte Perriand Les Arcs bar stools, ca. 1965 France

Collectable pair of original vintage bar stools of the famous model Les Arcs. These iconic bar stools have a tubular chromed frame and thick cognac leather sling seats with chrome buttons. Due to age and use there are some traces and spots visible on the leather, which give these Les Arcs bar stools a great patina and vibrant expression. Les Arcs, a ski resort in the Alps in the southeastern of France, was one of the largest built projects of Charlotte Perriands (1903-1999) career. She selected these bar stools for her project, but in fact the designer of these iconic bar stools remains unknown.
