Ferlande & Monnet Zigzag unit for Kappa, France 1971

Iconic wall-mounted shelving unit “ZigZag” designed by Joelle Ferlande and Francois Monnet for Kappa, France, 1971.

Rare wall unit composed from a collection of five stainless steel curved shelves with each a different size. The unit can be arranged in a variety of compositions. Every element is in very good original condition and comes complete with all original components. The elements are very well kept over the years in their original cardboard boxes (except for one element). The original shipping labels stamped by Kappa are still on the cardboard. An icon of French 1970s design in very good condition, with minor traces of wear consistent with age and use.

As shown the dimensions of the unit are W 194 cm x H 166 cm x D 40 cm.
