Gianfranco Frattini rosewood writing desk for Benini, Italy 1957

A sophisticated mid-century modern rosewood writing desk designed by Gianfranco Frattini and manufactured by Bernini, Italy 1957. This desk is made of beautifully grained rosewood. It features a removable storage cabinet with tambour doors on top, revealing versatile storage space and three small drawers.
The desk itself features two drawers with original brass keys and an open storage unit in the middle. The desk is in excellent clean condition and has been refinished with a UV- and water stain protective lacquer.
