Henri Mathieu floor lamp, France ca. 1970

Magnificent shell shaped brushed aluminium floor lamp designed by Henri Mathieu for Mathieu Lustrerie, circa 1970. The lamp is made of aluminium slats which form the spiral shape and spread the light in an amazing joyful and decorative way. The lamp has been fully restored, the lamp was disassembled and rewired and and thoroughly cleaned. Highly decorative French Mid-Century Modern floor lamp in excellent condition.
