Finely crafted Mid-Century curved back sofa designed by Kurt Olsen for Slagelse Mobelvaerk. Makers A. Anderson & Bohm, Denmark 1954.
A. Andersen & Bohm were master carpenters. They took part in the famous annual furniture exhibition in Kunst Industrial Museum in Copenhagen.
Their high quality craftsmanship is well represented in this shelved back sofa with teak legs and handcrafted wood frame with sculpted teak arms pads.
High quality construction. Original straps are still sturdy and in good condition. Super comfortable sofa. Newly upholstered in a warm red wool.
