Peter Hvidt quilted leather daybed/ ottoman for France & Son, Denmark 1960

Small daybed/ ottoman designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard Nielsen for France & Son, Denmark 1960s. This gorgeous small daybed/ottoman, has been newly upholstered in a patinated aniline leather. Parts of the leather show some wear and irregularities. The frame is made of solid teak wood. The sheer presence of this lovely small daybed /ottoman in any room greatly outweighs its physical size.
Marked with a France & Son metal label tag in the teak wooden frame.
