Walter Knoll daybed for Knoll Antimott, Germany 1950s

Padded boxspring daybed designed by Walter Knoll for Knoll Antimott in the 1950s. High quality solid and sturdy beech wooden frame. Very skillfully made and nicely curved head/armrest. The padded and buttoned boxspring cushion/matrass has recently been reupholstered with an anthracite fabric with a nice structure. It also features new foam. The light design makes it suitable in almost any interior and for any style. Comfortable and unique daybed in very good condition.
