Rare Dutch shelving unit in teak plywood, designed by Willem Lutjens for Den Boer Gouda, the Netherlands 1953. A lovely and timeless early Dutch modernist piece. These units were produced in various sizes and wood types. This model, with three of the largest available shelves, features solid birch wooden poles and teak plywood shelves.
Each plywood shelve has bended ends which is characteristic for design by Lutjens. Very suitable to be used as a room divider. Easy to take apart and reassembling will only take a few minutes. Light weight, easy to ship and in excellent original condition.
