Shipping and Returns

Visavu Design offers worldwide shipping; high service in-home deliveries, parcel shipping and front door deliveries. We work with several shipping companies and can offer you competitive prized shipping and customized possibilities to all national and intercontinental destinations. Our pieces are being carefully packed and crated and will be shipped with insurance.

Please contact us for affordable global shipping quotes, we ship from € 50 for small items up to €1500 for large and heavy items. We also provide in white glove deliveries.

Handling time is approximately 1-3 business days, international shipping lead time is 5-10 days, but will depend on customs procedures in the country of destination.

If you wish to receive a shipping quote, please let us know your full address details including zip/postal code and we will send you a quote as soon as possible. We can inform you about all the details.

We can imagine buying online requires confidence and it is very important to us that our clients are fully happy with the purchase.
For this reason we offer a return and refund policy. If you are unhappy in any way, or if the item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 3 days. We will try to find the best possible resolution, whether that be a return with a full refund, or a repair by our restorer.

In case of returning your purchase; items must be returned in the condition received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Please note that the client is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
